How do I upgrade my subscription to include more users?

This can be easily done in the Gateway under Billing > Subscriptions.

How do I change or view my billing information?

All of your billing information can be viewed and updates in the Billing > Subscription section in the account management area.

How do I downgrade my plan?

Contact us at info@tempestrisk.com or call (302) 598-8027 and we will help you.

What happens if I run out of users available in my plan?

You cannot add additional users beyond your plan limit. However you can remove existing members to add new ones at no cost.

Does the price include operations manual & business continuity plan development?

10+ templates are included in your plan and accessible at anytime in the Templates folder within Files. Custom development of your operations manuals, procedures, workflows or business continuity plans are billed separately. Schedule a strategy session with us to discuss if our solutions may work for you.

Can I add extra users and storage?

You must upgrade to the next higher plan in order to add extra users. If you want to add more than 250 users, schedule a strategy session or email us at info@tempestrisk.com to discuss an enterprise plan. Extra storage space is not available at this time.

Is there a discount for paying yearly vs monthly?

Currently the Tempest Gateway subscription is only available monthly. If you would like to see this or other features added, please let us know, we want your feedback!

How long will it take to get additional users if I upgrade my plan?

Your additional users will be available immediately after upgrading your plan. You will be billed at the new monthly rate on your next billing date.

How do I cancel my subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at anytime in the Billing > Subscription section.
